What if we want new development or functionality after we roll out the system?
We specialize in customization, either tailoring or developing entirely new modules based on our customers' business needs. We work with our customers to prioritize enhancements, whether large or small, so they can be developed and implemented when they are needed. New development and customization can be included in the monthly maintenance and operation fee, if desired. This fee is flexible and can change as the customer needs more or less development each month.
Does REVOLVE support Federal and state and contract outcomes?
Yes, REVOLVE supports Federal and State outcome and contract reporting and specific COA, EAGLE and JACHO sections on accreditation. (Rework this item)
What if our agency has never used or had a software system?
The REVOLVE staff has extensive experience in walking customer staff through organizational change. We understand how stressful change can be. So, our staff has tools, resources and knowledge to effectively introduce, educate and support staff with a new software system. We provide step by step instruction on the system development and implementation. We provide training, both in-house and over the web. The REVOLVE system is fully documented with a plain English, screenshot illustrated user manual which is accessible to users from inside the application.
We have a growing organization. Will REVOLVE grow with us?
Yes! The REVOLVE system is scalable so it can grow as our customers grow. Also, because of the unique system design and the customization for each organization, REVOLVE is able to add modules as needed by an organization. And, the system supports in-house changes made by the organization’s system administrator. We are continually updating REVOLVE to meet new government requirements and trends in child welfare and human services.

What if our organization doesn’t need all of the modules?
REVOLVE is modular so each organization can pick and choose which components they need that match their organization. Customers only pay for the functionality they need.
What about security concerns?
With the layered security design within REVOLVE, each staff role can have individualized screens according to their job function. For example, a case manager would only see the screens they needed to work with their children and the Medical Director may have access to all the residents.
